Based in Sydney, I spent 12 years in the high-pressure world of banking, leading award-winning national teams with a combo of creative thinking, fierce leadership and let’s-get-it-done energy. I’ve worked with brands like Aspire Planning, Fit Body by Nikki, and TavaOHalloran.com and I bring the same level of care and strategy to every client, no matter their size.

I’m an IC Agile Certified Scrum Master (yes, I love a system) and a finalist in the 2025 Local Business Awards. I’m also a past winner of the Commonwealth Bank Leading with Vision and Values Award – which basically means I know how to lead without turning into a corporate robot.

But what matters more than credentials? I get what it feels like to be stuck in the chaos.

I’ve seen firsthand how easy it is for brilliant founders to get buried in their own business. Reacting to problems, juggling too much and putting off the backend stuff that really matters.

Whitney Keir is an Operations Strategist and the founder of Lava Virtual – a consultancy that helps service-based business owners get out of the day-to-day grind and back in control of their time.

Her clients are usually drowning in backend chaos: stuck working late, doing it all themselves, and constantly firefighting. Whitney steps in with a clear strategy and hands-on operations support to streamline their business, build better systems, and create actual breathing room.

Whitney works best with consultants, creatives, and professional service providers who are great at what they do – but behind the scenes, things are messy.

She’s based in Sydney but supports clients across Australia.

Virtual Assistant

Patricia is the heart and engine room of Lava. Based in the Philippines, she’s the steady hand behind our delivery — keeping projects moving, inboxes under control, and no detail left behind.

She’s the person you want on your team when things get busy, messy, or stuck. Research? Done. Tech hiccups? Sorted. Admin vortex? Patricia’s already ten steps ahead.

Bookish, brilliant, and calm under pressure, she’s a Mum, wife, and the most dependable person we know. Lava wouldn’t run without her — and we wouldn’t want it to.
